Please note that not information that you provide us when requesting a Service is NOT confidential. The Site may contract with Affiliated Agencies to perform functions or services on our behalf. Such Affiliated Agencies may have access to the Personally Identifiable Information that you provided as necessary to perform their service.

Agencies affiliated with the Site may contact you to inquire about a Service you requested from the Site. If you elect not to be contacted further from us, you may Unsubscribe at any time and ALL of your Personally Identifiable Information will be removed from our database. However if you elect not to be contacted further from an Affiliated Agency, you will have to Unsubscribe from that Affiliated Agency directly.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?
Personally Identifiable Information collected by our site is securely stored on an encrpted database server and is not accessible to third parties or employees of the Site other than for uses as indicated above.

We are committed to ensuring that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of Visitor Information?

• Visitors may choose not to provide Personally Identifiable Information.
• Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of further contact from us by Unsubscribing as outlined above, or by contacting the Site via the form located on the Site Contact page.
• Visitors may choose not to accept Site cookies by declining cookies in the Visitor web browser setting.
